С начала 2025 года это уже второй делистинг на бирже: ранее ушел Mega Center Management (оператор ТРЦ «Мега»).
А в декабре 2024 года такое же решение принял акционер АО «Акбакай Голд Ресорсиз».
У всех трех компаний листинг был техническим, торги акциями фактически не велись.
Количество эмитентов и листингов на KASE сокращается с 2020 года (подробная динамика здесь).
После того, как правительство утвердило лимиты по объема торгов акциями, по результатам которых эмитент освобождается от выплаты налогов на дивиденды, для многих компаний уже нет смысла в техническом листинге.

Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs.
