Судом и следствием установлено, что в октябре 2010 года Трухневича назначили на должность первого замглавы районной администрации на основании диплома о высшем образовании. Только вот факт обучения в вузе не подтвердился. Чиновник предъявил при трудоустройстве фиктивный диплом Уфимского государственного нефтяного технического университета.
Свою вину Трухневич в ходе следствия и суда признал. Он приговорен к пяти месяцам ограничения свободы. Максимальное наказание, предусмотренное частью 3-й статьи 327 УК РФ – один год лишения свободы.
