В ведомстве сообщают, что тарифная ставка для работников первого разряда в "Башавтотранс" составляет 3,48 тыс. рублей. При этом отраслевым соглашением по автомобильному и городскому пассажирскому транспорту в России, действующим с 2020 по 2022 годы, ее размер установлен не ниже МРОТ (12,1 тыс. рублей).
Также в госпредприятии зафиксированы факты регулярных переработок. В качестве примеров приводится случай, когда один из диспетчеров в январе проработала 375 часов при норме 120. За месяц сотрудница «закрыла» годовой максимум сверхурочной работы — в праздничные дни ее смены составили 105 часов.
Предприятию выдано предписание об устранении нарушений, кроме того, ведомство намерено наложить на ГУП административный штраф.
