По его словам, в последние дни ближайшие соседи Эстонии заговорили о повышении расходов на оборону до пяти процентов.
При этом он отметил, что Эстония всерьез воспринимает "уход Америки в себя, и для нас небольшая неожиданность, что оборонные расходы следует увеличить".
