Принятый «Закон Кравченко» определяет основные понятия сферы и перечень индустрий, чья деятельность напрямую относится к креативной. Работа над проектом длилась около двух лет. Сейчас в Госдуме сформирован профильный экспертный совет. В процессе — подготовка подзаконных актов.
«Правительство уже определило Минэкономразвития, как ответственный орган исполнительной власти. Сейчас мы сформировали единый план, и также выработали большинство необходимых подзаконных актов, которые должны быть приняты в ближайшее время», - заявил автор законопроекта, депутат Госдумы Денис Кравченко.
