Купить жилье пострадавшие смогут, как на первичном рынке, так и на вторичном. Льготный ипотечный кредит на этих условиях можно будет оформить до 31 декабря 2026 года.
Также купить квартиру по льготной ипотеке смогут участники и ветераны «СВО», а также чиновники и работники социальной сферы, которые работали на оккупированных территориях.
