Больше не производит впечатление разрушенного города. Разве что необустроенного.

Разрушенных домов очень мало. Большая стройка продолжается. Улицами, зданиями, коммуникациями занимаются.

Но местные говорят, что это всё фасад: а внутри домов качество строительства плохое. Вполне верю.

Проблемы есть, хотя скорее локальные. Например, мы отвозили трансформаторы в СНТ, потому что СНТ и частные дома формально не подпадают под программу восстановления. Люди должны как-то сами — а денег у них нет. Из-за таких нюансов им наша помощь и понадобилась.

При этом глобально город выглядит уже по-другому.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
