👿Заключены под стражу граждане, подозреваемые в сбыте банковских карт, оформленных на несуществующих людей
Прокуратурой Советского района г. Липецка в суде поддержано ходатайство следователя СУ УМВД России по Липецкой области о заключении под стражу трех лиц, подозреваемых в совершении преступления по ч. 2 ст. 187 УК РФ (неправомерный оборот средств платежей, совершенный организованной группой).
По версии следствия, в период с ноября 2024 года по январь 2025 года участники организованной группы занимались оформлением банковских карт💳, используя при этом иностранные паспорта несуществующих людей, в целях последующего сбыта.
В дальнейшем указанные карты использовались для неправомерного приема, выдачи и перевода денежных средств.
👮♂️Судом с учетом мнения прокурора ходатайства следователя удовлетворены. Подозреваемые заключены под стражу на срок предварительного следствия.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
