Сегодня 150 лет со дня рождения Николая Семашко - врача и революционера.

Именно ему, не без помощи коллег, конечно, удалось впервые создать полноценную систему здравоохранения: появилась сеть медицинских учреждений, решались вопросы вакцинации, охраны материнства и детства, была введена диспансеризация, а также санитарное просвещение, ведь без него "не может быть здорового населения", - утверждал Семашко.

⚡️Советскую систему бесплатного и общедоступного здравоохранения, которую еще называли "системой Семашко", в XX веке взяли на вооружение многие страны мира. А бостонский профессор Майкл Филд в 1967 году вообще полагал, что советское здравоохранение - главный козырь СССР в холодной войне.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
