Это Программа Долгосрочных Сбережений. И сегодня я открыла ее в ВТБ на 36 тысяс. Причем с его кредитки. Это вышло случайно, но комиссию пока не взяли. Посмотрю будет ли распространяться ли льготный период на нее.

Ещё как 1 января закончится приветственная ставка у Газпромбанка, я открою вклад под 30% на 3 месяца, как участник ПДС в ВТБ.
