В опросе предлагалось ответить на вопрос «Куда установить памятник В.И. Ленину после реконструкции». Варианта два. Либо оставить там, где он и стоял до отправки на реконструкцию, либо перенести в Ленинский сквер на улице Ленина, а на площади Победы провести благоустройство и установить фонтан. Выиграл вариант переноса (1815 голосов против 1082).
