Милонов отметил, что получить кредит порой проще, чем записаться на приём к врачу. Он также подчеркнул, что существуют мошеннические случаи «дистанционного кредитования» и кражи средств.
Депутат считает, что выдача займов только при личном присутствии заёмщика поспособствует «наведению порядка» в этом вопросе.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
