Басманным районным судом города Москвы избрана мера пресечения в отношении уроженца Кыргызской Республики Касимова Алишера Хатамовича, которому предъявлено обвинение в совершении преступления, предусмотренного по п. «б» ч. 3 ст. 205 УК РФ (террористический акт).
Суд удовлетворил ходатайство следователя об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Касимова А.Х. сроком на 1 месяц 27 суток, то есть до 22 мая 2024 года.
