Нам понадобится: ⚪красная рыба ⚪лимон ⚪розмарин ⚪соль
1⃣С куска нечищенной от чешуи рыбы, сначала удалить кости, потом разворот рыбы (каждый кусок) на коже посыпать солью.
2⃣С одной стороны на кусок положить тонко нарезанные дольки лимона и розмарин, накрыть другим куском.
3⃣Посыпать солью со всех сторон (снизу, сверху и с бочков).
4⃣Положить в ёмкость с закрытой крышкой или плёнкой, чтобы не подсыхала, для усолки на 3-5 дней.
5⃣Нарезать тонкими полосками. Наслаждаться💖
Какие блюда с красной рыбой любите больше всего? Я предпочитаю именно в таком виде, как на фото. Сидишь рано утром или после отбоя- жуёшь свой бутерброд и пусть весь мир подождёт. #photobyme
