Согласно п. 7, брокер вправе исключить из акции, если более 20% инвестиционного портфеля составляют активы с низким уровнем риска, которые являются финансовыми инструментами, характеризующиеся относительно низкими потерями капитала и стабильной доходностью.
Фонды денежного рынка, такие как LQDT, AKMM, SBMM и т.п. как раз относятся к таким активам. Полный список активов брокер определяет самостоятельно и доводит их до участника акции, при обращении того к брокеру.
Т.е. в любой момент из акции могут исключить = отменят льготный тариф и начнут брать комиссию по тарифу. Впрочем, в условиях изначально был пункт, согласно которому из акции могли исключить в любой момент без объяснения причин (на скриншоте внизу).

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
