Напомним, 26 мая высшая квалификационная коллегия судей разрешила Следкому возбудить в отношении Золотаревой уголовное дело о взяточничестве. По версии следствия, она причастна к семи коррупционным эпизодам.
Золотарева занимала пост председателя с 2015 года и ушла в отставку из-за уголовного преследования. Президиум Совета судей заявил, что Золотарёва оказывала давление на нижестоящих судей, чтобы они принимали определённые решения за деньги.
