Из всех регионов страны в 2024 году снижение цен на новостройки отмечено только в Хакасии, здесь квадратный метр на первичном рынке подешевел в среднем на 0,8%, сообщает Дом РФ.
В остальных регионах цены в основном выросли, в некоторых существенно, например в Омской области рост цен составил 26,16%, в Астраханской 24,36%, в Севастополе 22,83%.
