Спустя несколько часов личность стрелка была установлена, а сам он задержан. Возбуждено уголовное дело об убийстве, покушении на убийство и незаконном хранении оружия (ч. 3 ст. 30, п. "а" ч. 2 ст. 105, ч. 1 ст. 105, ч. 1 ст. 222 УК РФ).
