- 3 февраля 1908 года родился Николай Федорович Цыганов – талантливый конструктор-самоучка. Его деятельность в 1930-е годы оказала заметное влияние на развитие отечественных колесно-гусеничных танков.

- В ночь с 3 на 4 февраля 1943 года десантный отряд майора Цезаря Куникова высадился на укреплённом побережье у села Мысхако, так называемой Малой земле. Героическая оборона продолжалась 225 дней и завершилась полным освобождением Новороссийска.

- 80 лет назад, 3 февраля 1945 года, завершилась Висло-Одерская операция - одно из самых успешных наступлений Красной Армии во время Великой Отечественной войны.

- 3 февраля 1956 года принято постановление ЦК КПСС и Совмина СССР «О противоракетной обороне».

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
