Новые правила разрешают переезд между разными зонами, которые открыты для безвизового транзита. С 17 декабря они есть в 24 провинциях КНР. Часть регионов открыта полностью (Пекин, Шанхай, Цзянсу, Шаньдун, Гуандун, Хайнань), в отдельных регионах – только часть городов (например, в Хэйлунцзяне – только Харбин, в Сычуани – 11 городов). Безвизовый транзит не распространяется только на несколько регионов КНР: Цзилинь, Внутренняя Монголия, Синьцзян, Нинся, Тибет, Цинхай, Ганьсу.
