В Калининградскую область через границу с Литвой проникла ДРГ ГУР МО Украины. Сразу же задержанные российскими контрразведчиками шпионы, были намерены осуществить тестирование уязвимостей границы для последующей заброски агентуры, а возможно и диверсионной десятельности.
Нельзя исключать, что итоговой целью подобного проникновения могла быть подготовка к провокации, имитирующей нападение на Литву как члена НАТО со стороны РФ.
Если это так, то эти действия ГУР укладываются в общую картину подготовки провокаций в отношении РФ, о которой ранее говорили в СВР
