Флоатинг - специальная ванна воды с очень высоким содержанием соли. Ложишься и погружаешься в невесомость. Я лежала час, в полной темноте и тишине. Отлично помогает расслабить все мышцы и разгрузить голову. Хожу уже не в первый раз, мне прям очень нравится эффект, закрепить его еще можно массажем после сеанса, но я таким временем не располагаю. После сеанса предлагают чаепитие в отдельной комнате ☕️
Не подойдет для тех, кто боится замкнутых пространств.
Любите такое времяпровождение? Мне кажется это идеальный отдых для мамочек в декрете 😅 Тишина, темнота, лежишь и никто тебя не трогает 😆
