Верховный суд смягчил приговор бывшему кубанскому судье Юрию Захарчевскому, осужденному за смертельное ДТП, несмотря на протесты семьи погибшего Данила Юханова!
Захарчевский, находящийся в зоне СВО, на слушании не присутствовал. Суд уменьшил сумму компенсации морального вреда в четыре раза, в остальном приговор оказался неизменный. Ранее Захарчевский был приговорен к шести годам колонии-поселения.
Семья погибшего намерена обжаловать это решение. Адвокат семьи, Алексей Иванов, назвал приговор незаконным и несправедливым.

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use.
