Домашние любительские съемки позволяют увидеть такие подробности быта советского человека, которые не могли запечатлеть ни официальная хроника, ни игровое кино. В программе — летняя поездка к морю, пляжные игры, домашние вечеринки и новогодние танцы, а также документация праздников одной семьи на протяжении целого года. Все фильмы будут показаны с оригинальных 8-мм плёнок. После показа состоится обсуждение с командой проекта.
Кроме того, у жителей Тулы будет возможность увидеть собственные 8-мм домашние съёмки — для этого достаточно принести их на вечер и мы сможем посмотреть их после основной программы показа.
