🇺🇦НІЧНА АТАКА ПО ОДЕСІ: РЕЗУЛЬТАТИ РОБОТИ ППО ЗСУ І НАСЛІДКИ
Уночі 19 липня 2023 року російські окупанти атакували Україну з південного напрямку, використовуючи крилаті ракети повітряного, наземного та морського базування, а також іранські ударні БпЛА типу «Shahed-136/131».
🚀 Удари ракет Х-22 та «Онікс» було спрямовано по інфраструктурі та військових об’єктах, основний напрямок удару - Одещина! Збито більшу частину повітряних цілей. На жаль, 8 крилатих ракет Х-22 та 6 крилатих ракет «Онікс», які ворог спрямував по інфраструктурі Одеської області, збити не вдалося.
❗️Наслідки ударів: за попередньою інформацією десять одеситів і мешканців області отримали поранення від уламків ракет і битого скла; є влучання у портову інфраструктуру - зерновий і масляний термінали, пошкоджені резервуари і обладнання для завантаження тощо.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
