Примечательно то, что государственный контракт был заключен с министерством транспорта и дорожного хозяйства Хабаровского края и с 2023 чиновники подписывали документы об исполненных работах в рамках ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО КОНТРАКТА. Остается лишь гадать сколько тонн денег осело на дне карманов местных чиновников минтранса, но мы точно знаем сколько тонн металла было поднято со дна порта - 0.
