Кравчук заявил, что хабаровчане - алкоголики, и ежедневно ходят в винно-водочные магазины за горячительными напитками, как за молоком. Глава города попросил у Роспотребнадзора и краевого правительства поддержки в деле по введению QR-кодов в маленьких магазинах.
Видимо, на фоне последних не очень приятных для мэра событий у него произошло помутнее рассудка. Как мы и предполагали, теперь во всем власти начали винить людей. Хотя хорошо бы самим эффективнее выполнять свои прямые обязанности.
