Жители, отчаявшись, скандируют: «Дайте свет!». На место происшествия в срочном порядке приехал мэр Евгений Наумов.

В Севастополе власти заранее озаботились проблемой недостатка энергии и, видимо, не зря - подобной ситуации удалось избежать.
