И на днях его кофаундер провернул такой же сценарий:
1) Получил одобрение уже после отказа по стартапу и после подачи апелляции по нему 2) Загрузил всё в UGE на номада за день до истечения 90 дней после окончания ВНЖ (то есть 30 или 31 января, а ВНЖ было действительным до 1 ноября) 3) Без диплома, только подтверждение стажа 4) Был дозапрос об отсутствии долгов перед налоговой 5) После дозагрузки ответили на следующий день 6) Одобрили на год больше, чем действие паспорта (паспорт до января 27го, ВНЖ до февраля 28го)

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
