При этом долг растет в основном за счет заимствований из федерального бюджета – коммерческих кредитов почти не осталось, их доля по итогам полугодия сократилась до всего 3% против 9% в начале года. Больше всех государственная задолженность выросла у Тюменской области (+479,5%), Приморья (+170,6%) и Тувы (+143,5%).
