Каким-то удивительным образом я не разожралась за неделю в олинклюзив. Думала, что увезу домой около 3 кг плюсом, но вроде бы форма почти не изменилась.
Принципы питания, которые я стараюсь соблюдать на отдыхе: ⏺В каждый прием пищи съедаю 1-2 порции овощного салата (нарезанные огурцы, помидоры, зелень, добавляю оливковое масло и любой сыр). Порция ~ мой кулак. ⏺Обязательно съедаю что-то белковое (омлет/мясо/морепродукты) ⏺ В обед и ужин съедаю немного углеводов: 2-3 ст. ложки булгура/риса/макарон ⏺На отдыхе я не отказываюсь от сладостей, тем более тут обалденно вкусная пахлава. Но ограничиваюсь 3-4 кусочками после основного приема пищи. Кофе/чай пью без сахара, но с молоком. ⏺Не делаю перекусы между завтраком, обедом и ужином, тк достаточно наедаюсь в основной прием. Но могу выпить коктейль.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
