«Он раньше имел отношение к стройке нижневартовской больницы, поэтому его и решили пригласить на эту должность. Поскольку времени на раскачку нет, а новому человеку пришлось бы долго втягиваться во весь процесс», – рассказал источник из окружного правительства.
По словам нового куратора, все работы должны завершены в июле-августе. Предыдущего руководителя, кстати, арестовала ФСБ, так что Ламбину никак нельзя провалить проект – иначе и к нему постучатся.
