Министр культуры РФ Ольга Любимова приняла участие в открытии фестиваля «Русские сезоны» в Омане. Фестиваль начался с выставки Эрмитажа «Дары Хивы и Бухары Российскому Императорскому дому» в Национальном музее Омана.

В Петербурге уже работает «зеркальный» проект «Уголок Омана в Государственном Эрмитаже». В программе «Русских сезонов» также проекты Третьяковской галереи, музеев Московского Кремля и фильм «Кинжал».

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report.
