По данным силового ведомства, мужчина, действуя по заданию вербовщиков с Украины, собирался устроить поджоги зданий местных властей и силовиков. После выполнения плана он хотел уехать на Украину и вступить в ряды их армии.
У задержанного нашли бутылки с горючей смесью и указания, как их применять. Против него уже открыли уголовное дело по статье о терроризме.
