В Госдуму внесли законопроект , который запрещает продажу алкогольных напитков лицам, достигшим возраста 18 лет, но не прошедшим профилактическую беседу с врачом наркологом.

Данный законопроект предлагает решить две проблемы, а именно: детально разъяснить молодежи все пагубные последствия употребления алкоголя и оказать своевременную медицинскую помощь тем, кто уже имеет проблемы или зависимость от алкоголя.

"A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
