Am Mittwoch in Berlin gab es einen Angriff vom Polizisten mit der Nummer BE 14301 (mit 3 Punkten) am Übergang vom Tiergarten in Richtung Ebertstraße. Dabei ging der Polizist direkt auf einen Mann zu, schlug ihm die Pfefferspraydose an den Kopf und sprühte ihm direkt ins Gesicht. Daraufhin fiel der Mann zu Boden und bekam einen epileptischen Anfall. Nachdem sich der Pfeffer in der Luft aufgelöst hatte, packten ihn 4 Berliner Polizisten mit der Behauptung "Wir helfen ihm", und trugen ihn während seines Anfalls einige Meter weiter.
