C 15 ноября зеленый банк возобновляет проведение сделок по двум льготным госпрограммам. Условия:

• Минимальный размер первоначального взноса также можно сохранить на уровне от 20,1% при оформлении льготной ипотеки с увеличенным лимитом или с помощью оплаты комиссии застройщиком.
• В остальных случаях размер первоначального взноса по льготным программам составит от 50,1%.
