Отметил, что в этом направлении нам нужен реальный технологический и экономический прорыв, что может произойти, например, через масштабное развитие самого разнообразного животноводства на Северах нашей страны. Здесь нужны меры поддержки, как мелкотоварного производства в Сибири и на Севере, так и внедрения технологий - искусственного интеллекта, роботов, БПЛА.
