Материнский капитал разрешат использовать для погашения ипотеки, выданной микрокредитными организациями в рамках региональной госпрограммы. Инициативу поддержали в первом чтении. В случае вступления данного законопроекта в силу, Банк России установит дополнительные требования к проверке микрокредитных компаний. Регулятор будет формировать перечень таких организаций и размещать сведения о них на своем официальном сайте.
