Командующий группировкой войск «Восток» генерал-лейтенант Андрей Иванаев доложил Министру обороны РФ, что за месяц подразделениями группировки освобождено семь населенных пунктов, а также взят под контроль участок местности общей площадью более 300 квадратных километров. В результате эффективного применения высокоточных средств поражения и ударных беспилотных летательных аппаратов противник несет существенные потери как в технике, так и в живой силе.
Белоусов поблагодарил командный состав подразделений группировки за высокие результаты боевой работы и вручил отличившимся военнослужащим, проявившим отвагу, мужество и героизм, государственные награды.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
