Москвичам он больше известен как трамвайное депо имени Русакова. Парк был заложен в 1910 году, а открылся в октябре 1912-го. По традиции тех лет служащие жили прямо на месте своей работы. Для них был построен жилой дом с магазином на первом этаже.
До 1930-х депо каждую весну подтапливали воды Яузы. Это прекратилось лишь со строительством набережной. Депо Русакова было самым большим трамвайным предприятием СССР. Перед началом войны здесь обслуживались 430 пассажирских вагонов для 20 трамвайных маршрутов. Сейчас это трамвайная площадка №5. Геометка.
