Спрос минимален: квартиры даже с вкусными ценами в лучших локациях продолжают экспонироваться из недели в неделю, из месяца в месяц (раньше они достаточно быстро уходили).
"Депрессия инвестиций в бетон" среди самой платежеспособной аудитории. Геополитические риски перевешивают всё остальное. Рынок становится прям осознанным-осознанным. Хороший признак [но не для владельцев инвестиционной недвижимости, правда].

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
