«از نظر ما امضاکنندگان این مرقومه که بیش از ده سال با آقای دکتر مخبر و مجموعه تحت امر ایشان در خلال مسئله معدن قزل قیه تعامل و مراوده داشته ایم، کاملا مشخص و مبرهن است که شخصیت این فرد نمی تواند کمکی به ایجاد تحول در دولت جمهوری اسلامی کند و چه بسا یکی از بزرگترین موانع بر سر راه این تحول بسیار ضروری برای کشور باشد. ما امضاکنندگان این مرقومه ضمن اعلان برائت از یکان یکان گروه های سیاسی، اعلام میداریم این طومار را صرفا از سر دلسوزی نسبت به آینده سیاسی-اجتماعی نظام جمهوری اسلامی آماده کردیم تا حجت را بر خود و اطرافیان در این آگاه سازی جنابعالی تمام کنیم.»

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets. The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
