🔸هیچ امتی به پاکی و قداست نخواهد رسید، اگر حق ضعیفِ آن امت از قدرتمندش بدون گرفتگیِ زبان (و بدون نقص) گرفته نشود.
🔸سپس بَد برخوردی و ناتوانی در سخن گفتن را از آنان تحمل کن، و مگذار آنان در تنگنای هیبتِ فرمانروایی و تکبر تو به سختی بیفتند (و نتوانند درد دل و حاجات خود را ابراز بدارند).

On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
