В 1991-м случился еще и пожар. После — полное запустение: все заросло лопухами. 

Ковалев приобрел усадьбу в 2018-м. И теперь здесь глаз радуется в любое время года: клумбы, рестораны, гостевые коттеджи, набережная и даже домик Барби. 

Главный усадебный дом до сих пор реставрируют. Но обещают вот-вот.
