🙌🏻 В преддверии 80-летия Победы в Великой Отечественной войне продолжаем рассказывать о ключевых событиях 1945 года.
1341 день войны. 21 февраля в Восточной Пруссии наши войска отбивали атаки пехоты и танков противника, стремившегося пробиться из Кенигсберга в направлении Пиллау.
В освобождении Кенигсберга, нынешнего Калининграда, участвовали и наши земляки. При взятии города командиром отделения 10-го гвардейского отдельного моторизованного штурмового инженерно-саперного батальона был уроженец Пензенской области гвардии рядовой Иван Салтыков. Он пропал без вести на Замландском полуострове. Останки героя были обнаружены в апреле 2008 года, опознаны поисковиками по номерам наград
Уроженец Башмаковского района гвардии старшина Степан Дадаев принял активное участие в отражении четырёх вражеских контратак. Был ранен в руку и ногу, но продолжал сражаться. Погиб в том бою. Посмертно удостоен высокого звания Героя Советского Союза. В Калининграде и Балтийске в его честь названы улицы.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
