Главным следственным управлением СК России по г. Москве по факту гибели в столице двух военнослужащих расследуется уголовное дело по признакам преступлений, предусмотренных ст.ст. 105, 205 и 222 УК РФ (убийство, террористический акт, незаконный оборот оружия, боеприпасов).
В настоящее время на месте происшествия работает следственно-оперативная группа, устанавливаются все обстоятельства совершенных преступлений.
