👆 Рыночная стоимость объекта около 60 млрд руб., но покупатель, скорее всего, заплатил за него существенно меньше. Вероятно, около 30-35 млрд руб., но это неточно. Сделка необычна ещё и тем, что основным претендентом на комплекс считалась казахстанская Capital Partners. Именно она построила этот ТРЦ и до сих пор владеет второй очередью проекта.
📌 Отмечу также, что продавцом «Метрополиса» выступила американская Hines. Как выясняется, фонд Morgan Stanley из этого объекта вышел ещё в прошлом году.

There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
