Четыре дома для переселенцев из аварийного жилья сдадутна севере Сахалина до конца года. Они расположены в селе Вал Ногликского района.
Отмечается, что на стройке уже полностью подготовлен участок, залит фундамент, возведены стены домов. Уже на двух зданиях сделали кровлю. Еще на двух — заканчивают кровельные работы. В дальнейшей перспективе планируется внутренняя отделка и благоустройство.
Глава Ноглиского района отметил, что квартиры будут сданы «под ключ». Люди смогут сразу заселиться и жить с комфортом.
Также в планах строительство жилья в селе Вал в следующем году. На данный момент ведутся переговоры с инвестором.
