💐 В Санкт-Петербурге торжественно открыли памятник выдающемуся адвокату Владимиру Спасовичу
Как сообщалось ранее, памятник создан по инициативе Министерства юстиции РФ @minjust_russia, Санкт-Петербургского государственного университета (СПбГУ) и Федеральной палаты адвокатов РФ, которая явилась одним из участников его добровольного софинансирования, при личной поддержке губернатора Санкт-Петербурга Александра Беглова.
Церемония открытия памятника прошла с участием министра юстиции РФ Константина Чуйченко, вице-губернатора Санкт-Петербурга Бориса Пиотровского, ректора СПбГУ Николая Кропачева, президента ФПА РФ Светланы Володиной, управляющего партнера юридической компании «Пепеляев Групп», адвоката АП Московской области Сергея Пепеляева и управляющего партнера АБ «ЕПАМ» Дениса Архипова. Светлана Володина в своем выступлении поблагодарила всех, кто причастен к созданию памятника, отметив, что Владимир Спасович, не нося короны, был фактически «королем российской адвокатуры».

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
